IPE manufactures PTFE
tubes to customer specifications from 0.7mm to 22mm I.D.
PTFE tubing is used in
fluid and gas handling applications where extreme temperatures,
contamination or caustic materials are an issue. Thicker walled
tubing can take advantage of the excellent insulating properties
of PTFE. The porosity of PTFE can also be varied to conform
to the application, such as filtration and aeration requirements.
Extruded tube is the best
way to insure uniform wall thickness throughout the length
of the tube because drilling PTFE is extremely difficult.
