IPE's Engineering Group is highly experienced in the extrusion of melt thermoplastic materials including polyurethane, nylon, polyethylene and many others. We offer the ability to extrude a variety of materials and configurations with tight dimensional control. We also have the ability to cut extrusions to specific lengths or to spool the material, depending upon your specific needs.

We are meticulous about the quality of our product. Product dimensions are monitored throughout the process. Extensive records of each run are kept per our ISO 9001 documentation system. SPC records of material runs can be provided upon request.

Following are some of the materials IPE processes:

LDPE, HDPE, PP, TPR, TPE, PVDF, Rigid and Flexible PVC, nylon, Pebax, Tecoflex, ABS, PU, and PC.

Other materials can be extruded on a custom basis.
