Warranty
International Polymer
Engineering, Inc. warrants that reasonable care has been used
in the manufacturing and packaging of their products, and
International Polymer Engineering, Inc. agrees to promptly
replace any defective product upon prompt return thereof to
International Polymer Engineering, Inc. This warranty is in
lieu of and exempts all other warranties not expressly set
forth herein, whether expressed or implied by operation of
law or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any implied
warrant of merchantability or fitness, since handling, storage,
cleaning,
and sterilization of these products and other matters beyond
International Polymer Engineering's control directly affect
these products and the results obtained from their use. International
Polymer Engineering, Inc. makes not representation regarding
the suitability for any particular application in which these
products are used. Suitability for any particular use or application
is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
International Polymer
Engineering, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or
consequential loss, damage or expense, directly or indirectly
arising from the use of these products other than replacement
of them. International Polymer Engineering, Inc. neither assumes,
nor authorizes any person to assume for it, any other additional
liability or responsibility in connection with these products.
By acceptance of these products, Customer represents and warrants
that the products will not be used in a manner that will or
can cause physical harm to individuals and Customer expressly
agrees to indemnify and hold International Polymer Engineering,
Inc. harmless from and with respect to any and all such claims.
